The Game is Changing! Women’s football is on a journey and Electric Ireland, in association with the Irish Football Association, are proud to be a part of it!
It is an exciting time for the game, with 56% of adults in Northern Ireland feeling that their overall perception of women’s football has improved over the last two years.
This positive shift in perception is visible at all levels of the game. Participation in women’s football is increasing with the growth of our Shooting Stars programme, helping girls all over the country to fall in love with football, while the Women’s World Cup last summer seen a record numbers of viewers.
