The wonderfully talented Karen at The Food Charlatan has created these wonderful slow cooker meatballs, glazed with a raspberry balsamic. Perfect for a Christmas or New Year’s party, Karen did use pre-bought meatballs for her recipe for those of you who aren't confident in making your own.

All that is required then is the tsauce, which is a mix of raspberry preserve, sugar, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce and ginger in a pot with your meatballs. Cook on a low heat for 4 – 5 hours before garnishing with sesame seeds and spring onion – a sure-fire hit with family and friends.
