4. Paul’s Molten Puddings

One of the signature challenges in the series, Paul’s Molten Puddings tasked the 2017 contenders to make a peanut butter filled chocolate molten pudding (fondant). A tricky recipe to master, but once you do, you’ll be the envy of your friends when you invite them round for afternoon tea. This recipe is filled with peanut butter but you can easily just have dark, milk or white chocolate oozing out of the centre if you want to get more adventurous once you master this one. Another signature challenge, this time set by new judge Prue Leith, the stroopwafel (or Dutch Waffle) is another treat that once you master, you will be the envy of your friends.
