Your electricity supply is operated and maintained by Northern Ireland Electricity Networks.

 

Emergencies or loss of supply

If you experience loss of supply or an emergency situation, you need to contact Northern Ireland Electricity Networks on 03457 643 643. Lines are open 24 hours per day. You can also find information at www.nienetworks.co.uk.

For your convenience, the Northern Ireland Electricity Networks emergency number is also printed at the top of each bill you receive from Electric Ireland.

 

Connections / Reconnections

To find out how to apply for a connection or get your home reconnected, you need to contact Northern Ireland Electricity Networks on 03457 643 643 or apply at www.nienetworks.co.uk.

 

How much will it cost?

The NIE Networks Statement Of Charges sets out the process and costs involved in connecting to the network.
