If I want to revert to getting my electricity bills in the post what do I need to do?

When in your Account Overview screen, select the Account Query tab.
Go to the Type of Query drop down menu and select Revert back to paper bill.
You can enter a comment in the comments box and select submit.
We will then look after your query.


Login to Your Account Online to access your account and submit your query.
