Your keypad meter explained
The buttons on your keypad meter explained |

| 1 - Credit left, calculated in days (based on last week usage) |
| 2 - Cost of previous day, week and month usage (press repeatedly) |
| 3 - Current meter date and time, unit rates and number of units used |
| 4 - Details of last 5 top up codes used |
| 5 - Total value of top ups paid into the meter |
| 6 - Total electricity currently being used in the property (1 kWh for 1 hour = 1 unit of electricity) |
| 7 - Displays the standing charges and unit rates |
| 8 - Details of the highest usage in any half hour in the last 24hours and when it occurred |
| 9 - Total units used (use this key if asked to provide a meter reading) |
| 0 - Displays meter test, time & date |
| # - Press to see amount of credit remaining, or after entering the top up code |
| * - Press before entering the top up code |
On keypad meters with Day / Night Economy 7 button 3 will display unit rates DL (domestic), CH (central heating and HW (hot water), standing charge rate per day will also display
