Understanding bills
When will my Direct Debit be deducted from my bank account?
Your Direct Debit payment for your electricity bill will be deducted 14 days after the date your bill issues.
Your bill issue date will be displayed on your bill.
If there is an outstanding balance on your account, that balance will be collected 14 days from the setup of your Direct Debit.
Please note we reserve the right to change our Direct Debit collection date from 14 to 10 days, but we will notify you in advance of this.
If you are on Equaliser, your payment is also collected by Direct Debit from your bank account. This is done on the monthly date you agreed with us when you signed up to Equaliser.
