What do I do if I move in to a house and there is no keypad meter top up card?
If you move to a house and there is no keypad meter top up card you can call us on 0345 600 5335 (Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 7pm, excluding bank holiday) and our Customer Care team will help you with your request.
