What do I do if I have forgotten my online billing password?

There’s no need to worry if you‘ve forgotten your password simply click on the Forgot password? link beside the green Login box. Then, enter the email address you used to register. We’ll email you a temporary password a few minutes later. We will send this email to your contact email address.
Remember your password is case sensitive, so if you think that you’ve remembered it correctly but it doesn’t seem to be working for you, make sure you are using the correct upper case / lower case letters.
