How will I know when my electricity bill is ready to view in my online billing account?

We will send you an email to let you know when your latest electricity bill is ready to view online. You can then login to your online billing account and view your electricity bill.

If you are changing your contact email address please remember that the email address used to sign up to Online Billing remains your login email(username). It is your responsibility as an online account user to ensure that we have a valid email address for you, so that we can let you know when your bill is available.
