How do I signup to Direct Debit?

Sign up for Direct Debit to qualify for a direct debit bonus of £5, and take the hassle out of paying your bill.
To sign up for Direct Debit download and complete our direct debit mandate form. You can return your completed form to:

If you prefer you can call our Customer Care team on 0345 600 5335, open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 7pm (excluding bank holidays). Please have the following ready when you ring:

• Your Electric Ireland account number or MPRN (found on your electricity bill)
• Your bank account number and sort code (found on your bank statement)

And we will set up your direct debit over the phone.
